Email samsamthecarpetman.est2006@gmail.com with the subject “Cutting With Sam account deletion”. You can also copy that address into your email app.
Preferably write from your account email. Tell us whether you want the whole account deleted, particular data removed, or a company workspace closed. If you cannot access the original email, say so and we will arrange proportionate identity checks. Do not send your password, verification codes, full card details or customer job files.
In the app, the account-deletion control is also available in Account settings. Sending an email does not itself complete deletion: we confirm the relevant identity and scope first.
What deletion covers
Account deletion covers your online sign-in and associated account data. Where enabled, this includes your personal hosted workspace, usage and billing-access records, subject to limited lawful retention explained below. Company jobs belong to the business: deleting a staff account does not delete the business’s jobs. Company owners should identify the company so we can safely arrange return or deletion without removing another person’s records.
Local recovery copies and files you exported to another app, device or recipient are separate. We explain what you need to remove locally; we cannot remotely recall copies held by recipients. Do not uninstall the app or erase your only copy before checking any export you need.
Timescales and retained information
We respond to data-rights requests without undue delay, normally within one month. If the law permits extra time for a complex request, we explain the reason and revised timescale. We will explain any necessary identity information and its effect on the response period.
Information genuinely needed for legal obligations, fraud prevention, security or a dispute may be retained for the applicable period. We explain the categories, reason and retention period in our response. Provider backup deletion can take longer than removal from the active service; retained copies must be protected and kept beyond ordinary use until their deletion cycle completes. Routine job deletion’s 30-day restore window is not a promise that every backup copy disappears on day 30.
Cancel subscriptions separately
Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel store renewal. Cancel in the Apple App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase if you do not want further renewal charges. You can still request account deletion while a subscription exists; contact us if you need help understanding the consequences.
